The landscape of global health is rapidly evolving. As traditional donor-driven models give way, countries are strengthening their health systems to assert greater leadership over national priorities, developing more diverse and locally shaped forms of collaboration with external partners. In Ghana, partnerships often focus on government policy and large-scale interventions. In Guyana, paid consultancy models are used to bring external expertise into health programs. And in Kenya, long-standing community-focused interventions have shaped decades of local impact. This panel brings together leaders from these diverse approaches to examine how different partnership models are shaping health outcomes today and what they mean for the future of global health and broader development.
