As the international development landscape shifts away from aid dependency, Ghana is putting country leadership at the center of how it works with international partners. This conversation explores what that means in practice: how national priorities can connect more effectively with philanthropic, private and catalytic capital, and what governments need to put in place to turn partnership into delivery. Drawing on Ghana’s experience and the emerging Accra Reset agenda, this session will discuss the institutional architecture Ghana is building, the opportunities for partnership, and what a different relationship between countries and international partners could look like in practice for Africa.
