The overarching theme of Global Partnerships Week was Leveraging Innovation in Partnerships. The importance of public-private partnerships was stressed throughout the week in its ability to alleviate global issues. The shift in focus has gone from ‘Why should we partner?’ to ‘How can we partner most effectively?’
Concordia is a leader in catalyzing actions in partnership. Gender parity and economic empowerment was highlighted in a partnership between Concordia, BNY Mellon and the YWCA. The leverage of collaboration to advance individual innovation was a key theme throughout the week.
