Dodd: Seven more countries have asked to join APEP

Seven Western Hemisphere countries have asked to join the Americas Partnership for Economic Prosperity, Special Presidential Adviser for the Americas Chris Dodd said on Monday, touting the potential for a “critical mass” of countries focused on a range of collaborative efforts. Dodd also endorsed efforts to beef up APEP’s organization and durability. During an April 22 discussion at the Concordia Americas Summit in Miami, he said “seven additional countries have asked if they could be considered” to be part of it,
