Concordia is proud to announce the appointment of Tatiana Torres to the Executive Committee of Concordia’s Board of Directors.
A trusted leader at the intersection of business, government, philanthropy, and civil society, Tatiana has spent more than two decades building coalitions that strengthen institutions, expand opportunity, and help organizations/corporations navigate complexity. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting progress depends on collaboration across sectors, principled leadership, and bringing together varying perspectives to solve shared challenges that have long defined Concordia’s mission.
As Managing Director at The DGA Group, Tatiana advises global organizations on strategic communications, public affairs, coalition building, and policy strategy. Throughout her career, she has helped leaders across the public, private, and nonprofit sectors build trust, navigate complexity, and turn shared purpose into meaningful action. Her experience includes strengthening partnerships during Washington, D.C.’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, advising organizations facing geopolitical and societal challenges, and serving in senior leadership on three national presidential campaigns.
Tatiana’s commitment to this work is deeply personal. After immigrating to the United States as a child following political violence in Colombia, she experienced firsthand the transformative power of public institutions, higher education, community engagement, and dedicated, intentional mentorship can expand opportunity and empower individuals to build successful futures, alongside their lived experiences.
