BCG and Concordia are once again partnering to host a Strategic Dialogue at the upcoming 2020 Annual Summit that will explore the role of finance in building a more equitable and inclusive society. BCG and Concordia see financial institutions, including banks, investors, and insurers, as uniquely positioned to accelerate progress towards social equity, to stand up for diversity and inclusion, and to transform the financial reality of underserved communities—ensuring an inclusive recovery that builds back better.
Banks, insurers, and investors alike are facing tremendous pressure in our new reality. Their role in helping shape the recovery, specifically within the lens of diversity, inclusion, and access to opportunities and capital, will be fundamental in the development of the post-pandemic world. This conversation will not just address today’s pandemic, but will examine how these actors are playing a proactive role in what comes next, and ultimately how their approaches will inspire change and ensure a long-term strategic competitive advantage.
