Cadet William Plank, West Point class of 2026, hails from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He studies Defense and Strategic Studies, researching disinformation in modern conflicts. Will serves as the Cadet in Charge of West Point Model United Nations and as a member of the Future Applied Systems Team.
