Billy is co-founder and co-managing partner of Stronghold Resource Partners, a Dallas based investment manager focused on the real estate (leasehold, minerals, and surface) associated with the development of oil and gas wells in American shale basins. Previously Billy co-founded A2 Access, a financial technology platform serving the equity hedge and mutual fund industry, which was sold to Dealogic in 2015. Prior to founding A2 Access, Billy was an analyst at Hound Partners, a Tiger Cub long-short equity hedge fund. Billy started his career as an investment banker at Greenhill after graduating from Duke in 2006.
