Wendy is a Senior Manager in Accenture’s Federal Services Strategy practice. Wendy’s expertise is in non-profit and government transformation. She has worked with a variety of federal agencies and domestic and international NGOs on strategic planning, innovation scaling, program development, and partnership design. Wendy holds a M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a M.A. in International Relations from Johns Hopkins University, and a B.A. in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
