Víctor Muñoz is a Colombian entrepreneur and angel investor. He has founded and supported technology-based companies in various sectors, including IoT, analytics, cybersecurity, healthcare, and consultancy.
Currently, he is an operating partner at Ewa Capital, a VC fund with a focus on Latin America. He is a member of boards in the fintech sector and at universities, and is affiliated with the Berkman Klein Center at Harvard University.
Victor was the first Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the Colombian government in 2018, under the administration of President Iván Duque. In 2021, he assumed the role of General Secretary of the Republic of Colombia.
Víctor’s academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and completion of an executive leadership program at Harvard Business School.
