Tia McLaurin serves as a senior leader on the Grow with Google team – a Google initiative to help create economic opportunities for Americans. In her national role, she works closely with community leaders to lean into Google’s 20-year history of building products, platforms, and services that help people grow their skills, careers, and businesses.
During her tenure at Google, Tia has launched national projects designed to leverage the power of technology to unlock new opportunities for growth; with intentional focus on underrepresented and underserved communities.
Tia holds her degrees from NC State University and is committed to actively serving her community through board service with multiple organizations across the region.
