Teferi Menkir is a Senior Water and Sanitation Officer in the African Development Bank. Teferi joined the African Development Bank 11 years ago. He has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Roorkee University India and MSC from the International Institute of Water Technology from Delft, Netherlands.
