Steven Barranca serves as the Chief of Staff at Ross Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company based in Palm Beach, FL formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, capital stock exchange, asset acquisition, stock purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses.
Prior to Ross Acquisition Corp. II, Steven was a Senior Advisor at the U.S. Department of Commerce. In this capacity, he was a strategic advisor to the Secretary, overseeing the daily operations, advancing strategic initiatives and priorities, and providing input on policy matters. He also previously worked as the Special Assistant to the Secretary and Advance Representative for the U.S. Department of Commerce.
