Silvia Cruz-Vargas is the Director of International programs for the PepsiCo Foundation, the philanthropic arm of PepsiCo. In this capacity, she is responsible for leading and driving PepsiCo Foundation’s investment strategy internationally. In addition, Silvia conceived, coined, and directs the execution of PepsiCo’s Access to Water strategy, which aims to deliver access to safe water to 100 million people by 2030. Silvia joined PepsiCo in 2010. She holds a Master of Public Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs; Master’s in environmental management and a Bachelor’s of Science from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogota, Colombia.
