Sara Kehaulani Goo is executive editor at Axios, a Washington, D.C.-based news company where she oversees global and domestic live interview programming with leaders in government and business. She’s a news leader with experience managing and overseeing coverage at the nation’s top U.S. news organizations. Before Axios, Goo served as managing editor of NPR’s digital content operation and as senior news director at The Washington Post. She also worked a reporter at The Post and The Wall Street Journal. She’s the author of the forthcoming book “Kuleana, a story of family, land and legacy in Old Hawai’i,” publishing in 2025 (Flatiron Books).
