Rikki Cafferty is a Reentry Coordinator at one of Goodwill Industries International’s organizations in the Midwest. She is dedicated to creating second chances for people from all backgrounds, including supporting them as they transition back into their communities. She believes strongly in restorative justice and community empowerment and in her role, she collaborates closely with service providers, legal systems, and community partners. Every success story fuels her commitment to her work. She is continuously inspired by the resilience of the individuals she supports and remains focused on solutions that promote equity, reduce incarceration cycles, and create safer, more inclusive communities for all.
