Reji George has been with Olam for the past 14 years overseeing the farming initiatives of Olam in Nigeria. He has over 34 years of experience in managing large plantations (Rubber & Tea) in India, commercial rice farms and value chain farming initiatives across East and West Africa. He established Olam’s fully integrated and mechanized commercial rice farming project in Nasarawa State which is, currently, the largest commercial rice farm in Africa. He holds a Masters in Business Administration.
