She played a pivotal role in operationalizing and scaling the CDC Foundation’s global tobacco control surveillance and capacity-building efforts, which now reach more than 100 countries and protect 5.2 billion people from the harmful effects of tobacco. She also provides strategic direction for flagship initiatives such as the Data for Health Initiative, Overdose Response Strategy, and Million Hearts.
