Rachael Drew is part of Solve’s Strategic & Partner Programs team, which enables clients to utilize Solve’s unique social innovation methodology to launch custom challenges around the world. Rachael manages a portfolio of clients with custom challenges largely focused on international education, workforce development, and US issues. In addition, she led the first two years of the MIT Solve Indigenous Communities Fellowship from 2018-2020, and is a founding member of Solve’s DEI team. Prior to Solve, Rachael completed her MA degree summa cum laude in Global & International Studies at University of California, Santa Barbara as an Orfalea Fellow. Her academic work focused on postcolonial education, specifically culturally relevant curriculum content and development. Rachael holds BA degrees in Political Science and Global Studies from California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, California, with a semester at Balliol College, Oxford University.
