Paula has over 20 years of experience in working in health policy and government affairs. In her current role she leads AstraZeneca’s Global Health Equity team. Previously she headed AstraZeneca’s BioPharma policy and advocacy team and led work on AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaccine roll-out with COVAX to support equitable access to COVID-19 vaccinations. Prior to AstraZeneca she worked in consulting, in government and in the European Parliament. Paula holds a Masters degree from London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from University of Warwick.
