Olena Tregub is the Director for International Assistance Coordination at Ukraine’s Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, where she oversees the management of a portfolio of over $10 billion in international development projects. She is responsible for establishing the aid coordination mechanisms aimed at optimizing the involvement of international partners, maximizing mobilization of donor assistance, and aligning aid with national reform priorities to ensure the efficient and transparent use of funds. During her career, Mr. Tregub has worked in various positions in journalism, education, and civil society activism. After residing in the US for ten years, she returned to Ukraine and joined the government to contribute to the post-Maidan transformation of her country.
