Nikima Royer has served as the CEO of Digicel’s operations in Dominica since April 2017. She is the first woman and Dominican-national to serve in this role. Previously, Royer worked as a Sales and Customer Care Operations Manager at Digicel for three years. From 2012-2014, Royer was the Head of Marketing at the Discover Dominica Authority, where she worked closely with Dominica’s Ministry of Tourism to promote the country as a tourist destination. In 2013, Royer worked briefly as a consultant at the Caribbean Development Bank. From 2002 to 2012, Royer worked as the General Manager of the Rainforest Aerial Tram near Morne Trois Pitons National Park. Royer holds an Associate’s degree from Humber College in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
