Moritz currently works as a Manager in EY Parthenon’s Macro & Geostrategy team, based in London. With a background in politics and economics, Moritz has spent his career advising investors and corporates on the implications of the changing macroeconomic and geopolitical environment. Prior to joining EY, Moritz worked as Director for Geopolitics at Berlin Global Advisors in Berlin, Germany, a leading German government affairs and geopolitical risk advisory firm. As a European Policy Analyst at Medley Advisors in London, Moritz advised traders and investment researchers on the changing European security landscape and its implications for fiscal, energy and trade policy. Moritz started his career in Washington DC, serving as the Research Assistant to the President and CEO of the Atlantic Council. Moritz holds an undergraduate in politics and economics from the University of Goettingen and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem as well as a graduate degree from SAIS, Johns Hopkins University.
