Mohit Manrao is senior vice president/head of U.S. Oncology at AstraZeneca, responsible for leading commercial strategy and maximizing performance of AstraZeneca’s expansive oncology portfolio. Manrao oversees marketing, sales, precision medicine, nurse education and market access for U.S. Oncology and is passionate about integrating business with health care to enhance patient-focused models and transform cancer care. In 2024, Manrao became president of the AstraZeneca Foundation. He also serves as executive sponsor of AstraZeneca’s U.S. Health Equity Initiative. Previously, he was vice president, Global Franchise Head Lung Cancer, after joining AstraZeneca Japan in 2012. His experience spans market-level, regional and global roles. Prior to AstraZeneca, Manrao worked in consumer goods, handling international marketing and business expansion.
