Melina Uncapher is an Assistant Professor in the Dept of Neurology at UC San Francisco, and leads the educational neuroscience efforts of the Cognitive Neuroscience division. Melina also holds an appointment as a Research Scientist at Stanford University. Melina is a neuroscientist with 15 yrs of experience at the forefront of learning and memory research, with a focus on understanding how attention affects learning. Recently she has turned her efforts to applying research to real-world problems by leading research and outreach programs in the fields of education, technology, and law.
