Matt is a Managing Partner with NEXA Capital Partners LLC, a Washington, DC based investment banking and financial advisory firm working predominantly in the aerospace sector. NEXA focuses on transformational projects and clients with investment opportunities typically requiring support such as financial advisory, corporate finance, private placements, M&A advisory, and Public Private Partnership services, always targeted on accelerating and increasing enterprise value.
Matt has over 15 years’ experience in infrastructure finance, including specializations in developing business analytics, finance and investment analysis, and strategic advisory services for investors, developers, and infrastructure owners. He is an expert in PPPs, and has closed transactions as a trusted advisor to both bidding consortiums and governments in the U.S., Canada, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He holds Master of Science degrees in both Transportation & Urban Systems Engineering and International Project Management & Finance, as well as a BS in Civil Engineering, from Washington University (St. Louis). Matt also is a licensed single-engine instrument-rated pilot.
