Matt Arnold is the Managing Director and Head of the Office of Environmental Affairs at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Matt was a Principal and leader of Sustainable Business Solutions at PwC. He co-founded Sustainable Finance Ltd, which was acquired by PwC in December 2008. Matt was also Chief Operating Officer at the World Resources Institute, a sustainable development think tank. He has held positions in marketing with IBM, in investment banking with Merrill Lynch, and in business development with Santa Fe Trading, Hong Kong. Matt founded the Management Institute for Environment and Business, which was a pioneer in presenting environmental challenges as business opportunities to companies and business schools. Matt holds an AB degree in Psychobiology from Harvard College, an MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins University, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
