Manuel is a Memberships and Regional Initiatives Coordinator at Concordia where he helps develop and implement regional events as well as maintain relationships with regional members to support memberships growth. Prior to this role, he was a CRM & Data Systems Coordinator, responsible for maintaining and organizing customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across each program. This included generating reports, providing support and training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize the system’s utilization and outreach.
Manuel holds a BA in Latin American Studies and a double minor in History and Global Engagement from Wesleyan University.
