Linda M. Rodríguez is the Executive Director for The Fellowship Initiative (TFI) and works on youth employment strategy for Global Philanthropy at JPMorgan Chase. Developed by the firm in 2010, TFI prepares young men of color for academic and professional success. In 2014, Linda led the successful expansion of TFI to three markets: Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York City. Prior to joining JPMorgan, Linda served as an Assistant Commissioner at the Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), New York City’s youth development funding agency, which had oversight of the nation’s largest OST system and the City’s youth employment system. While at DYCD, Linda led the agency’s capacity building department, organized the City’s first STEM-themed professional development conference, and developed resources for youth workforce programs. Linda has also worked for leading national youth and workforce development organizations, including The Afterschool Corporation, Seedco, and The Posse Foundation. She earned her Master’s degree at the University of Virginia and her Bachelor’s degree at Wesleyan University.
