Lina has over 10 years of experience in the small and growing business sector. She is the Andean Chapter Manager at ANDE and was a Founding Partner of Grupo Impacta S.A.S., a Bogota-based consulting practice for small and growing businesses. Lina has also worked as an independent consultant for various institutions, namely Fundación Bavaria, the philanthropic arm of Bavaria S.A., Corporación Excelencia en la Justica, an NGO focused on justice issues, and Universidad del Rosario. She has professional work experience in both Bogota and Mexico City. Lina holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School of Public Policy.
