Lin Yang is a seasoned cross discipline, cross culture entrepreneur, executive, investor, advisor, and former TV News Anchor. Her career spans across policy, business and media. With her uniquely combined background in TV, VC and higher education, she created “The INNOVATORS”, the 1st virtual & visual innovation eco-system for academic thinkers, industry leaders, startup disruptors and venture capitalists, adding creativity into innovation.

Lin is also the Founder and President of Innovation Ideas Institute, an innovation themed think tank, and guest lectured at Harvard HTUP program. She also served as a senior advisor for corporations on innovation and venture capital investment. While she was a Senior Research Associate at Harvard University, she founded the first “China public policy innovation case program” which included first hand interviews and balanced research with various levels of policy makers to bring insights to the international world of academia, government, and business on how China public policies are made in the rapidly changing environment. She also served as the assistant director at the center for US-China relations at the Asia Society in New York City. She had been at various major US and Chinese media outlets over the past years (CCTV, CNN, Forbes, etc), and is regarded as a credible China subject matter person and the new generation shaping US-China relations in the international community. Lin is elected as a “Young Global Leader” and a “New Champion” by the World Economic Forum.
