Leslie Kaufman is a veteran climate change reporter for Bloomberg Green. Both a Pulitzer and Loeb finalist, she specializes in the intersection of climate and disasters. She writes frequently on insurance, FEMA, national flood policy, and the evolving use of technology for hazard mapping. In addition, she covers other sustainability issues such as the impact of plastics on the environment. Before Bloomberg, Leslie was a national environment reporter for The New York Times.
