Kimberley is a Director of Engagement for Hermes Investment Management, based in the London office. She focuses on engagements with companies in the SDG Engagement Equity Fund, and also covers North America and Pharmaceuticals pursuant to the Hermes EOS engagement plan. Prior to joining Hermes, Kimberley was a consultant to foundations and venture capital firms on impact investing in emerging markets. Kimberley led the Global Corporate Responsibility/Social Investment team at Pfizer Inc, where she was responsible for the strategy and implementation of the company’s ex-US corporate responsibility work. She designed and led the Pfizer Foundation programme, including its work in social finance and global health. Prior to this, she led the emerging markets policy work at AstraZeneca. In addition, Kimberley has held roles in philanthropy, law and politics in both the US and UK. Kimberley is a US-qualified attorney, with a BA and JD from the University of Virginia; she also has an MA from London Business School, where she was a Sloan Fellow.
