Kedra Newsom Reeves is a Managing Director and Partner in the Chicago office of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG).  Kedra has contributed to and led efforts across a wide range of industries and functions.  She is currently a core member of BCG’s Financial Services and Public Sector practice areas.  In financial services, she has significant experience in operations strategy for asset management and asset servicing firms.  In public sector, she has focused on K-12 education leading BCG teams in work on data transparency, charter school network strategy, principal preparation and teacher professional development.   In addition, Kedra co-leads the office’s diversity retention efforts, serves as a career development advisor and supports the office’s volunteer consulting program.  Prior to BCG, Kendra began her career at Merrill Lynch as a software developer, project manager and IT strategist.

Outside of BCG, Kedra serves on the founding governing board for America Needs You Illinois and volunteers in education in various capacities.

She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT.
