Juliana Marquez Perez graduated in Law from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia, with postgraduate studies in Government and Territorial Public Management. She was elected Borough Councilwoman of Chapinero (Bogotá, Colombia) in 2011, at the age of 21, where she exercised political control of the contracts and funds executed in the borough. She later advised the Vice Chairman of the Colombian National Infrastructure Agency on project tracking and socialization of the agency’s ongoing PPP projects.
