Julia Rege is Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and Environmental Sustainability at Toyota Motor North America. She has 25 years of experience in automotive regulatory policy, including electrification, fuel economy, tailpipe emissions, fuels, infrastructure, and chemicals. Previous roles include Mercedes-Benz USA; Alliance for Automotive Innovation; Association of Global Automakers; Hyundai-Kia America Technical Center, Inc.; and the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Transportation and Air Quality. Julia holds an M.S. in Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan and B.A. in Environmental Science from Northwestern University.
