Juha Jolkkonen is the Director of Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division in the City of Helsinki. The division is Finland’s largest social services, health care and rescue services organizer, serving almost 700 000 Helsinki residents with some 15 000 employees and various other service providers. Juha Jolkkonen is a Medical Doctor specialized in geriatrics, and he also has an Executive MBA degree. His areas of interest are especially transformation, digitalization and social and health service integration. He has been acting in leadership positions in social services and health care in Helsinki since 2012, and before this elsewhere in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
