Juan Fernando, the National Director of PASO Colombia, a program of One Earth Future, dedicated to building collaboration platforms to identify and develop economic opportunities within communities affected by armed conflict. Currently, PASO has a presence in 13 regions of the country with their Rural Alternative Schools (ERAs), conceived as productive and educational collaboration platforms that harness public, private, international and social resources to articulate the production factors required to develop successful agricultural projects.
Juan is an Economist of the London School of Economics, with an Advanced Diploma at Social Sciences at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes in Paris, Public Administrator and Theologian. He is an expert in economic development, program monitoring, evaluation, and social innovation applied to conflict transformation.
