José Miguel Torrebiarte was born in Guatemala in 1965. Since 2010 he has been President and a member of the Board of Directors of Calzado Cobán. He has also been on the Board of Directors of Novella Holding since 2003. Mr. Torrebiarte has a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and an MBA from INCAE, Costa Rica. Over the past two years he’s been leading the company’s strategy to leverage business opportunities within Central America and the United States.
