Jose Carrillo is an accomplished leader with more than 20 years of experience focusing on human rights, international migration and impact entrepreneurship in Venezuela, Colombia and the Andean Region. Jose holds a Master´s Degree in Public Policy and Human Rights and a LLM in American Law and MBA. He has managed various NGOs such as AidLive, Ashoka and PADF and consulted for many more across strategy, operations and fundraising.
