Returning panelist, CDT Jillian Pennell, USMA class of 2026, is from Huntsville, Alabama. She currently serves as the Company Commander for India Company, 4th Regiment in the United States Corps of Cadets. She is an American Politics major, and Counterterrorism minor. She is a Cadet in Charge of the Domestic Affairs Forum, and enjoys competing with the Parliamentary Speech and Debate Forum. Post-graduation and Commissioning, she hopes to branch with Army Aviation to fly the AH-64 Apache, and lead Soldiers.
