Ms. Holthaus is a Senior Program Officer in Winrock’s Clean Energy team, leading work on powering agriculture, market assessments, and private sector partnerships. Ms. Holthaus has 20 years of experience working with NGO, government and private sector partners to design and oversee on-the-ground projects and grantmaking initiatives in the areas of renewable energy, climate change, conservation, and agriculture. Ms. Holthaus founded Winrock’s John D. Rockefeller 3RD Scholars Program for policy research and served as Director from 2004-2016.
