Jean Paul Laurent is an Award-Winning Social Entrepreneur, Public Speaker, Author, Artist, and Humanitarian. As an undergraduate at NYU’s College of Dentistry, Jean Paul Laurent’s life was transformed when he traveled to his homeland of Haiti following the tragic 2010 earthquake. While there, he was inspired by the unwavering smiles of young children as they played amid the rubble and devastation around them. Many of them were suffering from severe tooth decay.
