With over 20 years in Tanzanian politics, including leadership roles as Member of Parliament, Minister for Foreign Affairs and Minister for Energy, contributed to advancing Tanzania’s global standing and economic welfare. Mr. Makamba is a recipient of the National Democratic Institute (NDI) Democracy Award for civic innovation.
