Prof. Itamar Glazer is the Scientific Director of the Volcani Institute, Israel’s leading agricultural R&D innovation center. He is an affiliated Professor at the Hebrew University in the Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences. From 2000-2006, Prof. Glazer was the Director of “Kidum”, the Technology Transfer Office of Volcani, and from 2007-2014 he was the Director of “The Plant Sciences Institute” of Volcani. Prof. Glazer has vast experience in the initiation, development and transfer of agricultural, food, and scientific innovations.
