Isaac Gilmore is currently the Deputy Veteran’s Affairs Officer for TREAT California; TREAT is a citizen driven ballot intiative to create a $5B State Agency in California to advance research, clinical trials, and care in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy(PAT) and other novel therapeutics.

Previously his diverse background includes Department of Defense work, International Relations, finance, and consumer manufacturing sales and distribution. He was a United States Navy SEAL serving as a Medic, Sniper, and Intelligence Head during multiple combat deployments across the globe. Following his Naval career, Isaac worked at a Chicago-based Hedge Fund and as Chief Business Development Officer of Montalvo Tequila. He served as Co-Founder/COO of Spear Operations Group (SOG), a contracting company based in Washington, D.C. that focused on Counter Terror, Logistics, and Asset Security Operations in conflicted countries.

Isaac’s efforts to educate the world about PAT involve building valuable coalitions within the psychedelic community, including working with non-profit organizations such as Concordia Summit, Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and many more.
