Heather Jassy is Etsy’s SVP of Values-Aligned Business. She is responsible for operationalizing and elevating mission and values-alignment across our culture, our business and our community. She was previously SVP of Members and Community, leading teams providing support, business education and business services to Etsy’s international community of creative entrepreneurs. Heather also oversees Etsy’s office in Hudson, New York.
Prior to Etsy, Heather was the Director of Member Operations at Lockerz and the owner of several small businesses, including an independent bookstore and a business consulting company.
