Gisele has been working with the International Finance Corporation for over 15 years focused on emerging market private sector debt and equity sustainable finance and advisory solutions, where climate change and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) are at the forefront of World Bank Group finance and advisory approach. She has worked in climate change, private sector capital mobilization including syndicated solutions, debt and equity finance, infrastructure finance, and public-private partnership (PPP) advisory services.
She has over 25 years of emerging market and finance experience including work with multilateral and regional development banks- International Finance Corporation (IFC), Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD)- as well as international commercial banking, and international consulting with top global consulting/accounting firm based in Washington DC, London, New York and Buenos Aires.
