Felicity Sibindi works with RNW Media. She leads multiple teams in India, Kenya, and Nigeria. Her background is in health care management in Zimbabwe; her main areas of expertise being health administration, resource mobilization, surveillance, treatment and prevention. Her work has had a specific focus on vulnerable groups, particularly women, children, and the LGBT community-not only as recipients of services but also as agents of change.
She is the Programme Lead for Rights, Evidence, Action (REA), which is a digital, multi-country, youth-centered, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) initiative.
Felicity firmly believes in the power of digital media in fostering inclusion, creating safe spaces, and building engaged communities.
