Evi is the Chair of the Athanasios C. Laskaridis Charitable Foundation, which she co-founded in 2016 to serve as a catalyst for initiatives related to Greece and Hellenism, with a particular focus on environmental protection. Under her leadership, the Foundation has become a leading force in marine conservation in Greece and the Mediterranean, with flagship programs such as the Typhoon Project, Cyclone Project, and Fishing for Litter.
